The Baldie Revolution. A website devoted to women who embrace their bald and shaved heads. Its focus is on WOC who shave their heads.
The Bald Movement.  Another positive Facebook page for bald women. This might have been the first social media site devoted to bald WOC.
The Baldie Revolution: Another good bald WOC FB page. This one stays current.
Bald Boss Movement: A recent FB page devoted to mostly WOC bald women and girls. 
My fear to be a bald woman, why? Infrequently updated, but always thought-provoking content.

General Interest

GWWB: Girls Will Be Boys is an online platform blurring the lines between gender roles, by creating an open discussion exploring modern ideas of femininity and masculinity through content creation. Based in the UK, Founder Char Ellesse represents feminism, equality and self acceptance.
Bald Head Girlz... connecting BALD women (females of all ages), whether BALD due to any type of Alopecia, illness, medication or by choice. We are advocates for Alopecia awareness, positive self-image, self-love & acceptance, nurturing self-esteem and building self-confidence in BALD females.
Bald is Beautiful: Sharon Blynn's website which is primarily devoted to empowering women who are bald while undergoing chemotherapy, but is also aimed at normalizing all women who are bald.
Bald Life Magazine: "Here at Bald Life Magazine, we believe that bald is beautiful. Whether it’s alopecia, cancer, medically induced or simply a choice to shave off your hair, this magazine is a safe space for you."
Free the Head (Archived): A Taiwanese site (currently dormant).
Head Shaver's Information and FAQ: Although not focused specifically on women who shave their heads (the author intends for the info to apply to both men and women), there is a ton of info on this site regarding the hows and whys of shaving. Plenty of product reviews, etc. Recommended.
Perfect Hair/Perfect Look: The Bald Woman: Now just an archive of the old site.
Tetue: A very nicely done feminist-oriented site from France.
Extrim lady's haircuts. The first Russian site to focus exclusively on bald women. (Account recently suspended, so this is the most recently archived page)
A virtual tour of bald chicks. Not my first choice for a title, but hey...gotta give props to the author for making references to social theorists Adorno and Walter Benjamin.
Alopecia World. A good support and resource site for those living with alopecia.
