Just a few things about this vid:
This is from a show that aired, I'm guessing, nearly 20 years ago. Shaved heads, especially on women, were a bit more controversial then. There is less shock value and a bit more acceptance now.
This is an update as I found the complete episode. Some of the segments are ones where the reason for shaving their heads really is about self-expression. There is one segment though that raises all sorts of red flags and possible triggers. The boyfriend clearly has some control issues, and is very manipulative. I would not be surprised to find some abusiveness, and general hostility toward women. Plus he's a coward. If you demand something of your partner, at least have the decency to reciprocate. A lot of fetishists are that way - not all, but too many for comfort.
Most of the episode is generally pretty positive, but that one section does darken the mood a bit. Just a forewarning.
